Aircraft for Display

Posted by EAA 90 Webmaster on October 16, 2016 at 2:55 AM Comments comments (0)
Did you know that there may be a property tax exemption for your aircraft?  This exemption provides a property tax exemption for "Aircraft of Historical Significance." For property tax purposes, "Aircraft of Historical Significance" means any aircraft which is an original, restored, or replica of a heavier than air powered aircraft which is 35 years or older or any aircraft of a type or model of which there are fewer than five in number known to exist worldwide. (See Revenue and Taxation Code section 220.5.)

EAA Chapter 90 encourages you to display your aircraft during our regular club meetigs and during special events.  Please see a Chapter 90 officer to verify that you have displayed your aircraft at the meeting or event.

Thank you to everyone who stayed and helped hang our hangar doors this past Saturday!  These new doors are VERY easy to open and close and will make all future chapter events much easier!  The doors are not quite done yet but one more day of work should do it.
